1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bk23" refers to the online betting and casino platform operating at bk23.io, including all products and services offered under that domain.
• "Platform" means the bk23 website, mobile-optimised interface, and any application through which bk23 services are accessed.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered a bk23 account or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the single unified account balance held within a Player's bk23 Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bet" means any sports wager placed by a Player through the bk23 sportsbook interface.
• "Game" means any casino title, live dealer table, or slot available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or incentive offered by bk23 subject to its own specific terms.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process required for all bk23 Accounts.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all operational purposes on the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, logging into the Platform, placing a Bet, or playing a Game on bk23, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. This acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and bk23.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of any organisation or third party, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules applicable to individual Games or promotional offers, which will be communicated to you at the relevant point of interaction.

bk23 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The current effective date is displayed at the top of this page.

3 Eligibility

Use of the bk23 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bk23 strictly enforces a 21+ policy and will not knowingly permit access to any person under this age.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or are otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are accessing the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
• You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of any other person or entity when placing Bets or playing Games.
• You have not previously been excluded, banned, or suspended from the bk23 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of bk23.

4 Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of bk23 services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following rules govern Account registration and ongoing maintenance:

4.1 Registration Requirements

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name as it appears on your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or passport, a valid mobile number, and a unique email address. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate Account suspension.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on bk23. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or through proxy registrations — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate Accounts are detected, bk23 will close all associated Accounts and may forfeit any Wallet balances and pending Bonuses without notice.

4.3 KYC Verification

All Accounts are subject to KYC verification before withdrawals can be processed. KYC may also be required before certain deposit thresholds are reached. Acceptable identity documents include a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or a valid Bangladesh passport. bk23 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to comply with its internal security and anti-fraud procedures.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. bk23 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, contact bk23 support immediately at [email protected].

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

bk23 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Visa and Mastercard debit cards may also be available subject to current platform configuration. bk23 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all payment methods must be registered in the same name as the bk23 Account holder.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though bk23 reserves the right to apply account-level deposit limits as part of its responsible gaming or fraud-prevention procedures. Deposits credit to your Wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the Account, unless the Player has requested and received approval for an alternative arrangement from bk23 support. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Standard withdrawal processing time is under 30 minutes during BST business hours, subject to KYC clearance. bk23 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times after the withdrawal has been initiated from the Platform.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

bk23 maintains robust anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Deposits must reflect genuine betting and gaming activity. Depositing funds and withdrawing without meaningful play may constitute structuring behaviour and will trigger an AML review. bk23 reserves the right to freeze Wallets and withhold withdrawals pending the outcome of any AML investigation. Players found to be using bk23 for money laundering will have their Accounts permanently closed and funds reported to the relevant authorities.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed through the bk23 sportsbook, including cricket, football, kabaddi, hockey, and all other sports markets offered on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. A bet is confirmed when bk23 displays a bet receipt with a unique reference number.
• Odds are displayed as decimal odds and are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. The odds locked in at confirmation time are the odds that apply to settlement.
• In-play bets on cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are subject to specific in-play settlement rules published in the bk23 sports rules documentation, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
• In the event of a match abandonment, suspension, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the published rules for the relevant sport and competition. Where no specific rule applies, all bets on the affected event will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Wallet.
• Bets placed using promotional or bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant Bonus, as described in Section 8.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. Bets placed above the displayed limit will be restricted to the maximum permitted stake without notice.
• bk23 reserves the right to void any bet where there is clear evidence of a pricing error, system error, or manipulation of odds data.

7 Casino and Slots

The bk23 casino and slots section is powered by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The following rules apply to all casino and slot gameplay on the Platform:

• All slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software maintained and audited by the respective game provider. bk23 does not control or influence individual game outcomes.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheel, dice) operated by live dealer staff employed by the respective game provider. All live sessions are recorded.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are displayed within the game information panel. These figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome within any individual play session.
• In the event of a game technical fault or disconnection during active play, the round in progress may be voided. Any stake involved in an unresolved round will be returned to the Player's Wallet. Any completed round prior to the fault will stand as settled.
• bk23 is not responsible for loss of connectivity experienced by the Player on their own device or network during live casino or slot gameplay.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

bk23 offers a range of Bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to the Bangladesh cricket calendar (BPL season, T20 World Cup) and national events (Eid, Pohela Boishakh). The following general terms apply to all Bonuses:

• Each Bonus is subject to its own specific wagering requirement, minimum odds restriction, eligible game contribution rate, and expiry period, all of which are stated at the time the Bonus is offered.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus balance and must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Players may not withdraw bonus funds directly — only real-money funds that have cleared the wagering requirement are withdrawable.
• bk23 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus offer at any time without prior notice, including withdrawing a Bonus from a Player's account if it was credited in error or as a result of a system fault.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus structures, or coordinating with other Players to abuse offers — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Bonus and associated Wallet balances.
• Only one welcome Bonus per person, household, IP address, or payment method is permitted.

9 Responsible Gaming

bk23 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from within the Account settings after login:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration, after which the Platform will automatically log the Player out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, the Account cannot be used for betting or gaming.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion by contacting bk23 support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

bk23 will not target Players who have activated cooling-off or self-exclusion with promotional communications during the active exclusion period. If you believe your gambling is causing harm to yourself or others, please contact bk23 support immediately.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bk23 Platform. Engaging in any of these actions will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Wallet balances, and may result in legal action:

• Creating or operating more than one Account, or creating an Account on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with any part of the Platform's software, odds systems, or RNG mechanisms.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing bugs, or system faults in bets or games. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable error will be voided.
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent interaction with bk23 support.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by law, while misrepresenting your location to bk23.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the bk23 Platform — including but not limited to the bk23 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, data compilations, odds presentation format, software interfaces, and game integrations — is the intellectual property of bk23 or its respective licensors. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activity. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, modifying, creating derivative works from, or commercially exploiting any part of the Platform's content or software.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios. Their names and marks are used on the bk23 Platform under licence and do not imply any ownership by bk23 or by any Player.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk23 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you failed to keep your login credentials secure.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond bk23's reasonable control.
• Game outcome results, betting settlement decisions made in accordance with published rules, or the statistical outcomes of certified RNG systems.
• Loss of data or connectivity on the Player's end during an active game session or bet placement.
• Delays in payment processing caused by the Player's chosen payment provider after bk23 has initiated the transaction.

bk23's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or relating to use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Privacy and Data Protection

bk23 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at bk23.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bk23 employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Personal data is stored on secured servers and is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment providers, KYC verification partners, and regulatory authorities where required by law or by bk23's internal compliance obligations.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by bk23, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Such requests should be directed to [email protected].

14 Amendments to These Terms

bk23 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bk23 will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of your remaining Wallet balance by contacting bk23 support.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising between a Player and bk23 in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through the bk23 customer support process.

Disputes relating to bet settlement should be raised with bk23 support within 72 hours of the settlement in question. bk23 will review all settlement disputes and provide a written response within 5 business days (BST). bk23's settlement decision, made in accordance with the published sports or game rules applicable to the event in question, shall be final.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in Bangladesh.
